Those looking for an individual smoking option will be wise to take a look at the Arizer Solo Vaporizer. Made by the same company as the Extreme Q and Extreme V, the Solo is a smaller, more compact device.

Considered to be more a primary vaporizer, the Solo has a solid construction and a small form factor that immediately drew our attention. While it does not have the bells and whistles of its bigger brothers, the Solo does its job effectively. The Solo does not include the LCD screen, remote control, or integrated fans that we see from some other Arizer models, but we can’t complain given the price.

Price wise, the Solo falls in line at just under $230, which is a bit under the Q model from Arizer. This model is not one that you will regularly use to share if you are out to party, and should really be considered for personal use.arizer-solo-kit

Burn wise, we found the dial on the face of the vaporizer to be very helpful in getting us to the right burn number. Instead of temp listings, you are given temperature numbers on a scale. For us, we found that we got great results at around 4 on the dial. This led to a good vape that was not full of combustible smoke.

One thing that should be noted is that the Arizer Solo Vaporizer has a strong pull on it. Instead of being able to easily take in our vapors from the machine, we found ourselves sucking hard to get what we needed. This extra effort requires about ten seconds or so in order to get a good amount of vapor from the machine. We don’t know exactly what caused this issue, but we can see it being an issue for some people that don’t want to pretend they are drinking an ice filled Slurpee.

Overall, we found that the Arizer Solo Vaporizer is a nice little vaporizer for the money. All things considered, the device has a bit too strong of a pull for our tastes, and we feel it is too heavy to carry around. We would recommend that if you want an Arizer, you should consider the Q for a few bucks more.
